The hotel is convenient. the location is favorable. - Rooms are huge. - the breakfast variety is complimentary and good. - Excellent service.

Breakfast was reasonably okay.

Hotel was not an impressive place. Hotel room although comfortable the decor was dull and dingy. We had to change rooms because one of the beds in the first bedroom appeared as though someone had slept in it and the sheets had not been changed. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The halls weren't air conditioned and were sweltering as was the elevator. The room was marginal in appearance and the noise from the highway made sleeping near impossible. The food at the breakfast was not very good and it was too hot to eat there because it was too hot also. The toilets and chairs were so low to the ground it was ridiculous. The tubs were stained and gross. Half of our party would not shower in them because it grossed them out. We had rented two rooms had planned to stay there again on our way back but are looking elsewhere.

This place is a gem! I'll definitely be staying here again on my future trips. the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious with warm gravy and tasty waffles. They had everything I could possibly want 🌟.

We had a brand-new, good sized room with 2 queen beds, mini fridge, and snacks. the hotel was in a great and convenient location, close to the freeway. - the service was excellent. - the food was good. The breakfast here was great! They had tasty waffles and crispy bacon -- it was really good! 🥞

The location was magnificent for Knoxville, really close to shops, highway and restaurants, the mall and the brand new HUGE dicks sporting goods, and Knoxville which is 3 to 4 times a year. The room was not cleaned or towels changed on Saturday and available with a king bed. The service was excellent during my stay.
